JLA VENDOR EXHIBIT INFORMATION - JLA Dinner Meeting on February 17, 2023

- JLA Member Vendor Exhibit will be available to applicants who are current members of the Jackson Lake Association ($35 annual dues). Member Vendor Applicants will be invited to participate since table space will be limited. Space permitting, Member Vendor Applicants will be contacted by JLA to arrange participation.
- The Future Farmers of America venue is available for this JLA Member Vendor Exhibit event with provided tables arranged along the window wall and designated area. Member Vendor set up/take down will be simplified, limited to cafeteria tables.
- Set up is planned for 4:30 PM (will be confirmed when JLA contacts you) will precede an open exhibit/sale from 5:30 to 7:15 PM, before dinner and speakers. Exhibit Take-down & clean-up will be after the meeting concludes.
- Member Vendors will be requested to contribute door prize gifts (for example $25 value) to incentivize dinner attendance. We hope to increase JLA Dinner meeting attendance with support from Member Vendor promotions!
