The 2024 Poker Run was June 15th.
The Jackson Lake Poker Run, taking place every year on Father's Day Weekend, offers a perfect opportunity to enjoy family time while starting a summer packed with fun moments and wonderful friendships on Jackson Lake. Keep an eye out for banners at the lake and around town as the event approaches. A limited number of hands will be sold, so watch our Facebook page or add this page to your favorites and check soon. Hands will be available to purchase by May 1st, a link will be added to this page. You do not need to be a member to join this event.
Online Entry and Payment
You must register for the Poker Run and pay online before midnight on Sunday before the event. No entries and/or payments will be taken on the day of the event. Beginning 6 days before event - only hands with 3 extra cards will be available. A Shop Button will appear when hands are available to purchase.

Noah Riley Teal performed at Reasor's Landing from 3:30 - 6:30 at the 2024 Poker Run. He has been a big hit in past years, and we look forward to his upcoming performance. If you’ve spent time around the lake, you already know how talented he is. For those new to the area, be sure to check him out on Facebook here.
He is known for his skills as a singer and songwriter, blending southern country and rock music to create the perfect atmosphere for any lakefront event. SCHEDULE
11am - 1pm: Registration Pickup hands at Lakeview Marina 8726 Jackson Lake Road, Monticello GA or Reasor's Landing 278 Marina Circle Jackson, GA. You will receive a map and QR to scan a Google Map of the Sponsored Docks to be visited. Your annual dues must be paid in order for us to process your entry for the Poker Run. 1pm-4pm: Picking Up Cards at Docks During this time, please stay on your boat. You'll be able to visit each sponsored dock to receive one sealed playing card per player. Plus, score some fantastic giveaways courtesy of our generous dock sponsors. Do NOT open the card envelopes. Volunteers will hand over the cards to you with the help of long poles or nets. Each envelope will have a number corresponding to your wristband number. Ensure all cards you collect have this matching number. Dock Sponsors:
3:30pm-5:30pm: Check-in at Reasor’s Landing The event wraps up at Reasor’s Landing. Turn in your cards between 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM. When you arrive, anchor your boat in the designated area. Volunteers in shuttle boats will transport players to the shore for check-in. Shuttle Boats sponsored by Phillips Heating & Air and MJ Boat Rental. Line up at the tent to turn in your hand. While waiting, you’ll have the opportunity to win additional prizes. At the check-in table, volunteers will reveal your hand by opening your envelopes. Ensure all envelopes are unopened and have the same number as your wristband. Keep your eyes open for a Golden Ticket and win a prize value of $50. And, don’t forget to pick up your included lunch generously provided by our Lieutenant Governor, Burt Jones. |
